Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://bodenhomeserviceanddesign.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Boden Home Service & Design markets and arranges Concrete Patio Installation, Deck Installation, Stump Grinding, Emergency Tree Service, Custom Fence Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Boden Home Service & Design (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. Boden Home Service & Design disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boden Home Service & Design's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Boden Home Service & Design in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Boden Home Service & Design against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
Modifications. Boden Home Service & Design may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
